2011 engine start and running issues

Hey forum, I am struggling to get the engine to start, and even when I do get the engine to turn over the moment I depress the accelerator the engine dies. About a month ago I had a p0301 code and replaced the coil pack and spark plugs. It started fine ran for a day and a half and then on the middle of the highway as I was cruising along at 70 miles an hour all the sudden the car engine died and I started to decelerate. Pulled over to the side of the road had to have it towed back to the house. Battery, starter, alternator all seem to be functioning correct engine wants to turn over just won't. And like I said once I get it to turn over the moment I press the accelerator it dies. Hopefully that's enough information for some help from a much smarter community than I. Thank you guys

Any code stored?

What brand coil and spark plug? Should only run OE brand for both. Many people had problems with other brands.

No stored codes. It was a problem before the coil packs and spark plugs were replaced. Yes I used OEM parts.
Also one other update I noticed that even though I had filled the tank with gas the fuel gauge still registered empty.
