I have a 2013 Honda Fit. Today I found the air flow from the passenger side blows cold, where I get hot air on the driver's.

I have cold air blowing when I adjust for this windshield defrost as well. Cold on the passenger side on the floor blow too.

I have opened the glove box to its lower position, and can see all the adjustments being done when I adjust the dials. The temp will change correctly everytime on the drivers side. There is no clicking or other noise when I adjust the flw or temp, so I don't hink its the blend door actuator. I changed the cabin air filter (needed it!) and I know the blower is a working.

Coolant levels are quite good, and no issues with overheats are occuring even at freeway speed.

I'm running out of ideas. Anyone have thoughts?
