Help. loss of acceleration only at highway sppeds

When I was commuting to school over the past month, my 09 Honda fit would lose acceleration briefly when going 60+mph on the highway and would then drive normally. This has happened multiple times, and recently, when it happens, the car will lose all acceleration and come to a stop, but when i turn the car off and on no lights on the dash and the car will drive normally until it happens again. I have replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, maf sensor, oil change, and reprogrammed the throttle body, and it still happened again today. Also, when driving on regular roads the car has no issue, only on the highway. I was wondering if the fuel filter was the issue, but it would act up on normal roads, which the car does not. If anyone has any ideas, please send them my way.. Thanks

Aren't there any fault codes?

With no trouble codes showing, and the car losing power when more fuel is needed for freeway speeds I'd suspect the fuel pump.
