rear head rests

Can anyone with an '09 in hand measure the inches between the posts on the rear side head rests and pin OD. Pic would be excellent. I want to see if I can use the them in my '08

thanks

If you can find an 09 on a dealer's lot, simply bring your old headrest and compare w/ the new ones. that's a lot more accurate than photos.

The photo was just for a look at it. The accuracy would be from the measurements.

My '08 is 6" even for side rear
Pins are like 3/8" and 3.5" long
5-7/8 may work if I can get the pin width and length??
thanks

Has anyone tested the 09 headrests with the 08 yet? I think alot of people would buy the new headrests if they fit the old model.

The only thing I can see there being a problem with is the headrest has a recessed fit in the GE... That might make slamming the headrest all the way down on a GD a no go... I have been curious about this too and luck would have it, the dealership has one on the showroom... I might check it out tomorrow morning... I'll let you guys know!
