For those switching to an 09 model, how much are dealers giving you for your 07-08

I visited my dealership last week with the intention of trading for a 2008 Civic SI. The dealership offered 12k for my 07' Milano Red Sport AT. How much are you guys getting?

My dealer just offered me more than I paid for it brand new off their lot 5 months ago.
