Bottom Line: Have They Hit The East Coast?

Waiting on my '09 SSM nav/vsa Fit, manufactured August 4-8, expected delivery Sept 9-12 to Baltimore, MD.
The first one I saw in the wild was at a dealer in Glen Burnie, MD. It was black with nav/vsa. It was the only one of seveal that was not sold, all their sold units were non/nav units. Apparently he wanted to move it cause he offered a "couple" hundred off list to take it that day. I said no. I want my SSM, and besides it had been striped and whoever PDI'd the vehicle did a number on the black paint, and it had 125 miles worth of test drives before I ever drove it.
After waiting a few months, I can wait a few more days. Anyway, he would have gotten the couple hundred back with his lame stripes and $99 wheel locks (the same ones at College Hills Honda for $35).

i went to check out my local honda dealership and they had one base on the lot (probably sold, that's why its parked up front) and they have a sport model in the showroom.. i took a few pics..
The seats look pretty comfortable and the dash is alright. I do like the instrument cluster a bit better, but parked next to my car I can't see ever wanting the GE. that base is freakin expensive too! the sticker on mine was 15,900. that base was like 16,200. granted it has an automatic transmission but still!

It was awesome! I saw you drive by and head for the parking lot. I waited for about a minute and then drove out there to check it out. My wife started making fun of me for the big smile on my face. I almost took pictures, but I calmed myself down. There was alot of red dirt on the back of it though... you must live on a dirt road eh? lol
I was offered your car by Honda of Columbia (before you hopped on it) but ordered a MT instead. Ironic huh?
Still waiting............

I'm in Miami. Got a call yesterday that one of the dealers had an AT in... it sold within a few hours of the call so I didn't get a drive
To all the Floridians... have you gotten a price from a dealer, what is it? I'm new to FL and want to know what I should expect to pay... the "dealer/documentation fees" are outrageous! (I assume they're negotiable)

I have yet to see white in SFL. Driven black and silver... I'm supposed to get my Orange Rev within the next week (maybe by Fri!!) and they're bringing in another silver at the same time.

Went to my local dealership at lunchtime - Mahwah Honda at the top of NJ; they had a base and a sport (in white/red, respectively) in, though the sport was sold already. He offered me a test drive, but since both were a/ts and I didn't want to take someone's sold car out (thought that was a little bit cheesy, actually), I didn't take him up on it. Said that it's going to be tough to get a manny to testdrive.
He also said that they'd come off by a couple hundred and throw in mats, so I'd imagine that I'd be able to get them to do that a little better if and when the time comes, after I finally get a testdrive, of course.
