2009 Door Panel Fabric Install / Question

Alright so I cant stand the feel of the fabric on my arm. So i went with a blue vinyl to comment the interiors blue ambience.

The vinyl however is not as stretchy as other fabrics out there. And the 09 poses a big threat. TWO LARGE CURVES

- One curve is for the base of your elbow
- The other dips down to form a ect holder.

These are a royal pain to the common man trying to install fabric. For reasons of it keeps creasing back up. I am by no means a fabric expert, so I am turning to you guys?? What to do

Get new fabric
Play with it somehow
Been toying with the idea of sanding it and spraypainting them.

Maybe some higher strength spray adhesive? That would be my first try. I really don't know - I've never done upholstery stuff!

The flash is terrible for the color. The blue is really dark. So it looks black at night. When i was cutting it someone came in and actually thought it was black

Not bashing or anything but why would you want to change such a perfect interior?

Did you remove the stock fabric or is it still under the new one?
