Auto Dim Rear View Mirror?

Auto Dim Rear View Mirror?
Should be getting my TW Sport Nav in next two weeks, thinking about possible accessories. Anybody tried installing auto dim rear view in a Fit???

I installed one in my '07. Its out of a TL... I havn't seen the mounts in the '09 so I don't know if it would be similar or not.
