09 Fit Sport Auto Black 2 days ago. Window tinted 35% front, 20% back. Below MRSP thanks to my wonderful salesperson (3rd Honda from him).
Love the stereo on this car (really good for the price) not bad even compared to the Lexus Mark Levinson package. Absolutely love the USB plug, just plug in an 8gig USB flash drive, and plays like a dream, leave the whole thing in the glove box.

We got ours on 9/22/2009.

I am simply blown away by everything about this car.

The looks, interior, electronics, MPGs, roominess, handling, etc...

Everything about the Fit Sport is impressive, down to the little plastic shield for your bumper to protect it from scuffs.

I heard my wife back out of our driveway and heard "scufffffff"! I ran over and knealt down and looked. Thats when I saw the shield. I was like "How cool is that!" No paint damage, only a scuff on the little black plastic air dam or whatever that is. Clever!

I am smitten with the whole car.

I picked up my Fit yesterday - a Milano Red 09 Sport A/T with navi/vsa - love everything about it so far! New to using a navigation system, so that'll take some getting used to - especially with the voice recognition. As if it wasn't bad enough my singing aloud to songs while driving, now I'll be having a conversation with my car as well!

The air dam does more than protect the bumper. The air dam is part of the cooling system directing cool air into the engine compartment.

Actually, FanOFit was referring to a thin rubber trim piece under the front splitter. It's similar to the German cars. It shrugs off scrapes because it's rubber and flexible yet it minimizes airflow underneath the car.

Anyone want to buy in Tulsa should check out Joe Marina and talk to Eli or Steve. Both are low pressure and will answer about any question you might have.
I picked mine up on Monday from Joe Marina. I went through Mark Sproles. Very great guy. No pressure and wont BS you. He knows how to treat the car for the first 1,000 miles and is very helpful on telling you how to do this. He was in the service department for years. A guy that i am really good friends with is now the Head Tech for Joe Marina and has been there 25 years, i was referred to Mark by him. I saw the TW out there and look inside of it. It came in 2 days before mine. Did you have it ordered? Because i know that it sit on the Showroom floor for a day or two.

That was mine. It was ordered at the end of July. My wife and I couldn't get out there for a couple of days, but we finally made it there a couple of days ago.
Don Carlton's sales staff, at least the old man we dealt with, was horrific. That's why we went through Joe Marina.

Smile new owner of 2 fits :)

two weeks ago, we were lucky enough to pick up his and her fits

she traded in her 2003 CRV for a black pearl 5speed.

I traded my 1998 New beetle for a storm silver auto.

my beetle and i had been everywhere. 24 states, 4 provinces...numerous vw shows as she was #9722 in production. alas, she had to go

I love the new fit though, if there is any car that could replace her it was this one and i knew it the moment i took it for a test drive!

Took delivery of my 2009 Fit Sport SSM auto with dealer installed door moldings, 9/18. Love the car - 606 miles, 38.2 mpg in mixed driving. Planning on full tint and as I plan of towing the car behind my motor home, a clear bra. Now waiting for a tow bracket/base plate to be designed.

i picked up my 2009 white fit sport auto today!
i love it, already put 55 miles on it, its freakin great.
hauled some stuff around, had the whole family in it, no problem, highway, city. the only thing i dont like is the radio is lacking. so somewhere in the future it will get a system. but at the present time it plays music.

i love my fit!!!
got rid of my 2006 pilot exl navi, so the fit is not as plush. and i do miss the leather seats... oh well.

2009 fit sport black at navi

pretty solid. i took it into the mountains today.
i looked into how to break in the car. gently or hard. i chose hard.

i warmed up the car and then drove it hard. i think breaking it in hard has it's merits.

Break In Secrets--How To Break In New Motorcycle and Car Engines For More Power

super psyched about the car.

Bought a Milano Red Fit Sport w/NAV and 5-speed manual on Friday for my wife's birthday present. Will pick it up on Thursday and surprise her after dinner at a nice restaurant. This car will replace one of our gas guzzlers, not the Corvette I gave her on her birthday 2 years ago! See:

Part 1: How you got your C6
Part 2: How you got your C6

At the moment, the Corvette is our "economy" car, pulling in almost 30mph on the highway. It's about to be dethroned.

If I pull off this birthday surprise, I'll post the details. Not a word to Maria please!
