Has anyone tackled this task yet?

The kit seems nice but just not sure the difficulty of the actual install.

The block heater seems easy, neat actually. You take a plug out and replace it with the new plug with built in heater and the rest are just wires.

Any help or pointers?

 

i work at an acura dealer and one of the other guys put this in an mdx and ive seen the instructions for the fit.. its pretty involved, and the dealer has to sync it with the immobilizer system so you might have to tow it to the dealer afterwards
