Well I just got my 2009 sport fit, and love it, here is my question, has anyone noticed any issues with the power steering? Let me be a little bit more specific, if I turn the steering wheel to the full left or full right position in very low speed as If I am parking the car, I notice that the last 6 to 8 inches of travel of the steering wheel has no power steering zing, it feels spongy with almost no response . Has anyone experienced or noticed this effect. I just got the car last week. Any feedback is greatly appreciated it.

I noticed some variance on mine. Mark this as my 4th Honda in a row to have steering anomalies. But on this Fit, I actually like the fact that it gets heavier. It only gets heavier like you said, near lock. So I'm not at all bothered by it.
