Dealer installed flooramts issue

I picked up my fit last week and noticed yesterday that the factory carpet floor mat was moving around quit a bit.Low and behold no clips so I searched and found them placed in my glove comp. My question is how in the world does these things install on the floor on the drivers side.Help would be great. Pics would be better
Thanks

Here you go...

Be careful - one on the rubber part you remove, but the 2nd part to the back is only slits on 3 sides of the carpet.

Sorry I don't have a picture... but I have floor mats on my 2009 Fit. Initially, I didn't install the clips but the drivers mat moved around too much (and I have a MT) so I installed the clips.

Basically, you have to cut the carpet in the car and attach the grabby part of the clip to the carpet. Then, with the round knobs facing upwards, you link them up with the holes in the floor mats and then turn them 90 degrees to lock them in place with the floor mat.

I had the dealer do it for me.

I did it myself, and I'm not a car person at all, so I was extremely nervous to cut up my carpet :l I just followed the directions and it turned out great! It would have cost me $45 to have them install it.

Yes, I was nervous as hell cutting into my new carpeting when I installed mine. And the included instructions/pictographs didn't make it easy to figure out. Luckily I got it right.

$45 to install the floor mats? Wow - that's insane! My dealer installed them for free - I didn't even think to ask whether there was a charge for that service. Yikes....
