Help please...

Hi, newbie here, and here is the situation, I got my Fit like a week ago, today I relocated the front license plate, I found out that stupid dealer drilled a hole in my front bumper. Is there anything I can do? Would they give me a new bumper? thanks!

My Fit didn't have real holes but scratches because the screws were too long on the stupid Dealer plate. I'm in SC and don't have a front plate, so I took it off and sawe it looks like $hit. So I went back and had them repaint the bumper!

BTW, they make a special mount for the front where you don't have to drill visible holes...no need to drill into the bumper.

I'd be furious if that happened to me. I made sure to specify "No dealer logos, stickers or plates" in the sales contract. They did exactly that.

Ditto...works like a charm. It's become a standard practice for me to request that at the same time I'm requesting color & etc.

Get it in writing.

Shit, I forgot all about this. I live in KY, and we don't require front plates, but I bought the car in OH, which do require front plates. The car was prepped today for me to take delivery tomorrow morning, so what's done is done. I did specify that I didn't want any dealer logos, and I think they mentioned that they just put a license plate frame on the back, so hopefully they didn't do anything to the front.

Well, I had to make a quick stop at a place just past the dealership this morning before I picked the Fit up, and we saw it sitting right outside the entrance to the building, and it had a front license plate. I began to get very angry, but when we arrived, they took it off, showing that it mounted underneath, so the holes weren't visible, so that was fine by me.
