Front license plate

So here in quebec we don't have license plate on the front so i was thinking of putting a nice japanese one. But on my bumper I don't see any holes where I could put it...

Help please!

71145-SLN-A00 BASE, FR. LICENSE PLATE
90111-SM4-003 BOLT, BUMPER (2) bolts to underneath front bumper.
90305-SH3-000 NUT, AIR SPOILER CLIP (2) clips to place underneath bumper for Bumper Bolts listed above.
93903-45480 SCREW, TAPPING (5X20) (2) self tapping screws, in to front of bumper. Yes, you make new holes in your front bumper for this.
93904-26120 SCREW, TAPPING (6X12) (4) self tapping screws to hold plate.

Err, as a person who wouldn't want a hole in my bumper I'd resort to using the tow slot in the bumper (the behind the circle on the passenger side of front bumper). You just have to find something like this in the link below.

Thanks! Not super stocked too to drill my bumper since i'm clumsy with those kind of tool...

I like the idea of the tow slot, but it's not gonna be centered.... :S

I wish we had no front plate here, it has caused damage to the paint from wind and it looks ugly and uses too much metal to make. I could go on and on.

Try H-Fit.com, they have a relocation kit that uses the tow hook.
