Help on Removing 09 Fit front bumper
Help on Removing 09 Fit front bumper
OK I got around trying to remove the 09 Fit front bumper, got a bunch of the black platics fastener and some screw off and all I got stuck with removing the bumper and it seem impossible to pull it out all because the hooks that secure the bumper and there are 4 plastics hooks underneath on each side of the headlights, I found it difficult to remove it and I don't want to use force so anybody got around in removing the front bumper or know a way to remove it please advice. Removing my TSX front bumper and my 07 Fit was a snap no hassle or what so ever and it full right out can't do it to the Fit in this case.
This might help...

For a base but its probably the same on the Sport. Seems to indicate that an assistant is needed in bumper removal.

Take out the 4 bolts connecting the bumper to its frame horn and one bolt on each side that mounts the bumper to the support. You should disconnect the bumper turn signal lights and take the bumper off the car. This may help you, how to remove the front bumper.
