I found the cargo liner/rear seatback protector.. OEM JDM Honda!!! It was on the honda acess .jp and I was mistaken on the color, its black not brownish/tan.

here's the translated link ---> Translation result for http://www.honda.co.jp/ACCESS/fit/carlife/cargomat.html

and the original japanese version of the link ---> HondabHonda AccessbFITbƒJ[ƒ‰ƒCƒtƒTƒ|[ƒg

JDM do the links help?

The one on sale is for first gen Fits. The second gen is regular price. Unless someone can confirm that the first gen applique will also fit the 09 Fit, I will not get it.

You are correct sir. I don't think it fits, or it wouldn't be so cheap.

Zeta Products is just about ready to offer their new Stainless Steel rear bumper protector for the '09 Fit. I will order the minute that it becomes available. The dark color of my BBP needs a little bling on the rear.

I found this by accident: Bumper Protector

It's only 20 bucks and looks similar to the OEM pad.

I bought this exact same product in '07 while it was being sold on the Costco online store. It works very well, and is worth the current price. When Costco was selling it in '07 it was slightly less. The only problem with this, if it is a problem at all, is it covers the vents in the rear wall of the hatch. I transferred it to my new '09, and I'm glad to still have it to use.

Smile Grip Tape

Went down to the local skateboard shop and bought 3 feet of grip tape. It took about 20 minutes to make a pattern and then cut it right, but it went on easily and looks great. For 5 bucks, I'm happy.

I saw this online..

Powerflow Bumper Protector | Lowest Price Guarantee

But I ended up paying 40 with shipping to get a Honda OEM bumper protector thing. Its kinda like skateboard grip tape, but a little more texture rubber/vinyl than the sandpaper-likeness of a griptape. I found it on ebay, but I nearly went the item in the above link.

I was uninformed back when I bought my Fit. I paid $75 Cdn to have dealer put it on mine.

Anyhow it ruins the nice clean look. I just pulled mine off last week.

I suspect if one where to coat it with contact cement it would re-apply easily. Will mail anywhere in NA for $20
