Getting new Fit tonight

We pulled the trigger on a 2009 Fit. We really wanted a base car, but decided we had to have stability control on a new car, so we painfully ponied up for the Sport Navi. It was either wait until February for a stick shift special order, or take the one they had on the lot, which was the perfect color ( Taffetta White ) in automatic, so since we were 50/50 on the stick vs. auto question, we went with the car on the lot.

Picking it up later tonight.

Excited on one hand, not excited about going from no car payment to having one on the other hand...

Anyway, glad to be getting the car and to be here on this Forum.

MSRP, 60 @ 5.65%, you do the math ( auto navi fit )

Far out dude! (reads like a Cheech and Chong movie) I just picked up my '09 Fit Sport in Taffeta White. Hot off the boat built 10 '08. The white just give the car a class of regality. Question? Is the Sport supposed to have some kind of badging to indicate that it is a "Sport" ? This is my first Fit (actually I had two fits and a bad spell when I owned a GM car) I traded in the Element and as much as I liked the "E" it is not as much fun as the "F"

You could add these emblems to your car:

LOL

Congrats on the new car. I like the white as much as I liked the blue sensation that I got. Looks sharp.

thanks

Thanks, all. I think the white just really "pops" on the new body style, especially in the Sport. My second choice would have been Blue Sensation. I'm too lazy to own anything dark-colored, as good as some colors look.

Congrads on the new car - that is a classic color choice. Looks so great. and don't worry the fun of getting behind the wheel of your Fit makes the monthly car payment not so painful. I had not had a car payment for 6 years until I got my Fit in May 2007.
