anyone know if the cargo cover is installed, the reclining feature for the back seats will still work?

 

Yes It will. The back isn't completely flush with the seats unless the seats are reclined. For that reason there are little flaps at the bottom of the cover which attach to the back of the seats via buttons, so that you can't see what's in your trunk through the windows. They come off fairly easily if you were to say swing the seats down.
