I returned to a dead battery when I went up to the cabin for 10 days of snowmobiling over xmas/new year.
Culprit was hatch not fully closed and light on.
That Yuasa is one of the better batteries made. Got them in our snowmobiles (about 40% the size of the fit battery) my wifes is an original in a 2001 sled.
Somebody said a battery is ruined if it sits dead. Sometimes the battery plates can sulfate (develop an insulating coating which makes the plates less effective) Usually you are ok, but sometimes yes they wont hold a full charge from then on.

Thanks for the update AWDTurbo, glad you found the issue! I'm not sure if this is the thread you were looking for, and it's for the GD, but it does have a nice step-by-step for running wires through the A-Piller. Cheers!

Yours sounds like 'stray electrons' in the ECU, a street description for a not-quite-programmed ECU. I suggest you have the dealer reprogram the ECU as it sounds like your A/C idle is not functioning. to make up for the extra load on the engine when the A/C is running.
The others out here appear to be more of a faulty connection before faulty starter or circuit.
