Just got my base MT 09 fit about a week ago ($100 under invoice!). I've been trying to sort through the cruise control options.

I can't get a straight answer as to whether this will work with the 09 Fit. The reviews on Amazon are fairly universally positive, and it looks like this has been installed on a very broad variety of cars and motorcycles, but nothing very recent. I guess I'm wondering if it'll work on a drive-by-wire system like the Fit.

I've searched these forums, and seen plenty of "you should have gotten the sport" solutions to this question. I don't mean that in a condescending way, I'm just preemptively pointing out that it isn't one of the viable options at this point.
