turn signals on all the time? A la Lexus GX 470? Personally I hate having turn signals as DRL's because they burn out sooner and and stupid cops will pull you over, ignoring the guy speeding 15 over the speed limit.

I finally got everything together, doing this mod tomorrow. Going to do a DIY, but I warn you, I don't like to spoonfeed.

Yea, seeing as i'm a former ASE certified mechanic, have the Helm's for my Fit, and need to extend a single wire to accomplish this. I think my Fit will be a smoldering heap by the end of the day.

They won't be DRL's, the turn signals will only be on with the parking lights. Since i have a dual filament bulb, the brighter one will blink when I hit the indicators. Cops 'round here are preoccupied with DUIs.

In some States (NJ for instance) it's illegal to run with steady burning orange, amber, or yellow lights on your car. It's because they're reserved for ambulances, emergency, fire and police vehicles..!
