sub on stock navi ?

Was wondering if the sport nav/head unit has any output hardware for a sub on it.
This thing does not sound that great but I could deal with it a little easer if I could get a small sub to work. Anyone see the back of this head unit yet ?

Kinda thought they would be on the cheap when the oem unit was speced.
So I guess the line level outs would have to be off the rear speakers?

you can do it off the rear speakers.
just make sure you do it from the back of the radio.
it's alot easyer this way.
i put my line level behind the glove box.

which wires or plug on head unit ?

I'll go get the line level converter, sub and small amp for the back. I'm looking to make it real easy to remove when the cargo space is a priority so I imagine some sort of plug for power and inputs would do the job.

Is the plug or wire for the rear spks easy to figure out once I pull the head unit out?

There is also a plug taped to the harness behind the radio with a shorting plug in it, I think it is for the base radio. That's where I got my signal (Turned out to be the front speaker wires, but I was going without a wiring diagram).

Speaker wire or coax ?

Ok almost ready to go shopping for materials but came up with another question. Should I use regular speaker wire or shielded coax from the head unit to the sub ?
