Note...never got your hood yet?


I need to pick up your OEM rear spoiler later on.

 

In for an oem cf hood as well!

 

The revised rear diffuser look great. Wonder how it would look if we have the vertical fins come straight down (instead of slightly contoured at the top end) or even drop down at a slight angle? It should make it look even more aggressive, huh?

How far does the JDP rear diffuser extend on the sides (the way it is now)? Does it partly cover the lower corner piece of the rear bumper? Am concerned over the fitment if the diffuser covers beyond the sides of the OEM diffuser and forms a gap over the lower skirt of the rear bumper.

As a side note, I noticed fairly large gaps in my front CF lip where it comes out of the center opening of the front bumper. Is it something that can be improved on?

Also I prefer the sides not wrapped around the lower portion of the rear bumper. Want it subtle, but aggressive.

Looking good. I've seen stalonehong's JDP lip. It looks good from afar but when you look closely, seems like there are gaps around the front bent areas near the fogs. Do you have same problem with yours? All in all, it looks nice.

 

I sent you the $20 deposit for the diffuser. Can I get my name on the list...?

 

Will you be making a rear spoiler to replace the OEM one?

 

I want one too. Grill first though.

 

If you (JDP) build it, they will come!!!

The lip was definitely a tight fit to put on, scraped off a lot of paint under it, but oh well. drilling the holes isn't the easiest either. But I must say it looks really good on there and the fitment is very nice.

 

NICE!!!!...if you don't mind, I'll be using your pics on my website in the gallery section.

 

Since the fitment is pretty tight...the area where there it curves up to the mid section does have a "minor" gap (in my opinion...others may beg to differ) which provides more flexibility to insert the sides of the lip.
