J's Racing lip for S2000 is more than double that with canards

Installed the T1R B-Pipe that I bought from a fellow Freak, today (Thanks FittinglyFittedFit). Love the way it sounds, it accompanies the Tanabe Medallion Axel-Back quite nicely. Here are some videos (Sorry most of them are not in focus, camera was acting up)

1. Normal Startup and Rev 3ft Away

2. Normal Startup and Rev 6ft Away

3. Cabin Noise

4. Light Acceleration

5. 1st Gear Pull

didn't know about that. Fits come in so many different colors and styles like skittles.

after dabbling with some carbon fiber work, 300 dollar price is cheap. it takes a lot of man hours to do carbon fiber. resin curing, sanding takes alot of time if done properly.

Yeah, we always called them skittles. Factory colours were all bright and they were round and bubbly looking.

I change the stitching on my JDM Honda Access door handle cover from White Stitching to Yellow stitching
to match the J's Racing Steering wheel. I also plan to have more interior parts covered with leather and yellow stitching

Hi Mr. Hollow,
No, I had a shop do it for me.

I currently had another (different) shop working on covering my Garage Amis Hood meter with leather and yellow stitching too,
if that came up nicely, then I will do more covering of the interior

Pretty sure I'm done with being a Fit owner.

I think I want to put it up for sale and move onto something else. Just thinking out loud.

Hello Shinjari,

below is the link to my thread where I installed it on my door handle.
But it was when it still in its original white stitching.
I have not installed it back to my car in the current yellow stitching,
once I do it I will update my thread below.

Sweet! Thanks!

Any other JDM door insert options for the top portion of the door with a more durable material? I know theres the ebay option where you can get in red/black/blue twill. Just concerned about the part where my elbow rests on the top wearing out more.

Well I think I know why, considering the growth of your Family, the Fit is probably getting a little snug.

However iirc if you took advantage of the rental due to the recall and signed the storage waiver I do believe that says you will not sell the car until the parts are replaced.

Quoted from the Aigbag recall thread post #36 from the Honda form Odie posted:

"I agree to maintain possession of the Subject Vehicle and will not sell, alter or modify the Subject Vehicle until such time as the Subject Recall Repair is performed"

But maybe this is a perfect case for that trade/depreciation assist thing?

Wonder if they will somehow try and charge you for the rental if you don't keep the car until it's repaired?
