Replacing the H11 Foglight Bulbs
Would like to replace the standard H11 55W bulb with a yellow halogen bulb. Came across these Nokya H11 80W bulbs:

Anyone here have any experienced with these? Any risk of the OEM
wirings overheating with these 80W bulbs?
Please note that there is a HD wiring harness available for the high output Nokya H11 bulbs for the Toyota Yaris. Will this connect properly to our main harness (plug & play)? Here is the link:

TIA for your input/comments.

Eighty watts SHOULD be within what the wiring will handle; rule of thumb elsewhere has been 100w with standard wiring.
There is a voltage drop that diminishes the power reaching the lights if they are wired thru' the headlight switch. Do we know if the headlights/foglights are wired thru' relays? I hear underhood clicks when activating the lights, but haven't tracked 'em down yet. Without relays, bumping the wattage may not get you any more light.
I do run yellow bulbs in the fogs of the Jeep; don't know that it makes a huge difference in performance, but it lets opposing motorists know that they are fogs, not driving lights....some see an extra set of lights, and jump to conclusions.
