Is it possible? I want to have 14" wheels for winter.

14's work on the 07-08s so unless they made the front brakes bigger or changed them it should fit.

I've checked the brake size spec on the 07 and the 09 and the discs are exactly the same size... So, I guess I can put 14" wheels.

14" wheels will def work. I ran my GE at the track with 14" bbs meshies wrapped in yoko advan slicks

no clearance issue whatsoever, but also depends on the offset of the wheels ure plannin on fitting too!
