The Volk knockoffs look better. The black ones don't really look all that good to me. Honestly, go with whatever you think looks better and you will be happier driving around on

Well you've had a good deal of feedback here RSsilver...bottom line is what "YOU" think...Don't listen to your friends or us for that matter. It's your car. You obviously had doubts about what you were sporting in the first place and ponied up for a new set. Pick the set that you like the best and flip your friends (and us) the bird Don't cave to peer pressure, it's your car...

The TE37 is the way to go sir. The black one's design is nice, but the black color really make this not-so-clean impression on an SSM.

Thats for my opinion tough. No offence

Peace

I like the TE37 look better...the black + red lip looks good, but I'm not a big fan of the rota boosts. Just my opinion though .

Black + red lip fad seems dated to me.

Jessie,

It shows you joining in March 2009 and you have only 40 posts, are you making up for lost time by bumping old threads from over a year ago. This is not the first one.

Just curious.

Now if the original poster would reply back, what choice did you end up making? I doubt over a year later you are still on the fence about the wheels. Personally, if the polished wheels are indeed fake, please if you still have them, remove the stickers that are trying to pass them off as real.

Volks...

Black wheels have the: "my hubcap is missing on steel wheels" look. - looks cheap to me. It's the style of the wheel which makes it look aggressive IMO and not the color.

If they were gunmetal... I'm not sure if I'd have a different opinion but I do like the style of the volks overall better so I think even then, i'd have the same overall response.

AHHHHHHHHH!!! old post.

and I replied. ~Sigh!

What do you think? Thanks

Here are the pics of TE37: 16 x 7 +38, Tires 205/45/16.

Rota Boost: 17 x 7.5 +42, tires - 215/45/17

Peace
Thanks for starting this thread. Very clean looking wheels! I was curious as to how the Rotas and Volks look on an SSM (I'm in the market for some rims for my own SSM). I'm digging the Rotas; gonna look into getting some Steel Grays for myself. Cheers!
