Uhhhh, the fans NEVER work? They aren't supposed to run continually. Do you have reason to believe the car is overheating?
Do the fans run when you turn on the A/C?
Tell us more, or take it to the dealer.

The cooling fans for the radiator is thermostatically controlled.
If you are not sure if they are working normally, suggest you take it to the dealer for diagnosis.....that's what your car's warranty is for.
