Where's the hook-up for interior illumination?

Where's the hook-up for interior illumination?
I know Honda sells a interior illumination kit, but I know it can be done for cheaper. I have put in LED lights in my other car, so I know it can be very simple, just a matter of locating the hook-up. Anyone have pictures or directions to locating the connection for the interior illumination for the feet area?
