Cookie sheet in the oven, 1 at a time (unless you have 2 ovens). I think i preheated to 225 degrees or 250. I would highly recommend adding extra sealer before you stick them back together as well as maybe running a bead around the joint when you get them back together. I read others on this forum who just relied on the original adhesive to seal the light back and they had some moisture/fogging problems.

 

Be careful with the oven thing. I tried that with my PT Cruiser, and had it at 250 degrees. In less than 5 minutes the plastic melted.
