Is it me, or was that quote just a little bit... ummmm...

My hail damage was from dime-sized hail (not scientific but just my guess). If it starts hailing, hide your Fit under a roof or in a cave... they don't do well with it. Whatever... after trading in a POS 98 mountaineer with Cash for clunkers... The fit could be painted brown and i'd still love it. sortof

My GD3's roof is paper thin as well. When under a tree in the rain the drops pelt the roof pretty hard.

I came from driving a 93 Explorer to a Fit. I think just the roof of the Explorer is heavier than the whole Fit. I could stand on the roof of my truck with no problem. Now I'm afraid the cat from next door will cave in my roof.

I wrote one time that my old neon has better things that the fit, one is the roof, the fit has cheap thing, like the plastic and some others. I hope that the engine dosn´t

You don't get a small, lightweight car by using thick sheet metal.

To all those people saying waxing requires muscle... please step away from your car and stop. Waxing should require ZERO to very little effort. In front to back motions, not circles. And as was already mentioned here, VERY little pressure when washing your car. This is why so many Honda's are swirled to hell but then people come on here blaming the quality of the paint because they dont know how to take care of their paint. But hey without those people I would be out of a job
