Passenger Side Lock / Unlock Switch
Passenger Side Lock / Unlock Switch
Has anyone thought about doing this?
It seems so inconvenient that the drivers side only has this button.
I figure there is enough room on the door handle to fit this in.
The button.. all you have to do is use the same one as the drivers side and pick that up at a dealer.
Is this doable? Any thoughts?

well first off the molds for the drivers door and the pass door are different, so using the stock switch and location are out of the question.
as far as the wiring.... I had a similar interest (I'd like pass door keyhole to work as the drivers where a double twist will unlock all doors), but its the same limitation.... With every other car I've worked with, there are significantly more wires running out of the drivers door than there is the passenger's door... so simply put, the wires you need to accomplish that aren't run there. there might be the right number of wires/guages that are sitting idle in that water proof harness that stretches between the body and the door but your going to be hacking things up and running alot of your own wires which will probably require removing most of the interior to do.... simply put, no, you can't, at least not reasonably.
