Some idiot ripped off my windshield wiper arm, help replacing

I believe I found the parts, but I'm not sure which ones I need. The motor is still intact, but the arm got snapped off. Do you think I only need parts 18 and 20?

if i were you, i'd just get #18 and get a nice set of aftermarket aero blades (i like bosch icons). if you choose to go this route, you will not need #20.

I love these blades. I'm glad to see that they come big enough for the fit.
