I just bought a brand new 2009 basic fit last week and I want to add a spoiler to the hatch. The guys at Honda said the sport fit has a different hatch than the basic so the same spoiler won't fit on the basic model. Can anyone help me find any spoiler ideas for my basic fit?

 

Just google saying Honda Fit spoiler..see one you like..itll say like GE or universal..thats what ur looking for.

Hey, I believe the Fit sport spoiler does fit on the Base Fit. You will have to drill some holes to mount the spoiler.

I think there is a thread about this. Someone on here did install it Fit sport spoiler on their base. If I can find the thread, I'll post it.

GE stands for the 09 model.

The Honda part is a couple hundred dollars. That seems about 150 too much. link

The Sport has a spoiler? I have a little painted shade looking thing over the rear glass, but there's no wing of any sort back there.

to find the spoiler parts number. Do a search on the Fit sport and look for the spolier.

 

I thought that was a sun visor for the back window!
