Before I got the GE8, she was my my daily driver.

I still have my DB8. She's currently parked in the garage waiting for a K24.

The last car was a 97 GMC Safari cargo van with numerous performance enhancements in addition to a 3.43 to 1 limited slip differential.... I still have the van but keep it hidden so no one will ask me to help them move.... The van was very quick and met my needs when I bought it but the Fit is a luxurious G.T. car in comparison and a whole lot more than that... I'm talking about a GD model Fit and it isn't nearly as refined a car as the GE models.

Last car I drove daily was a 2002 Civic Coupe that my wife now drives.
The Fit replaced a '97 Civic Sedan.

Ironically, I wanted a BIGGER car. That's a good testament to the Fit's utility!

We are going to have a baby in April and I have a suspicion that it won't be long after that my wife will tire of loading baby into the back of the coupe and I will have to go back to driving the Civic to work. Wifey says that won't happen, but I won't hold my breath.

Previous car was a 2007 Altima 3.5SE. Nice car but too much for our needs. Also didn't have the fun factor the fit has. I rode to work in it... now I drive.

As far as enjoyment. Here's the order - most fun to least fun
2000 Integra DC2 GS-R (miss this car greatly). If it was a DB8, I'd still probably have it.
2009 GE8 Fit
98 Civic Ex coupe - wife's - a few small mods (STB, High flow Filter, upgraded stereo, etc..) - she misses this car.
86 Prelude Si 2.0
07 Altima 3.5SE
93 Integra GS

The Ridgeline is fun in a different way.

The DC2 went and so did the Civic... Needed 2 cars with 4 doors so the Altima Arrived... now the fit has supplanted the altima. Happy to be a complete honda family again...

Uncle Gary has owned (in descending order):
2002 Dodge Neon SXT ('02-'09)
1996 Plymouth Neon Sport Coupe ('96-'02)
1992 Dodge Shadow ES ('92-'96)
1984 Dodge Shelby Charger ('84-'92)
1979 Dodge Omni 024 hatchback ('79-'84)
1970 Buick Skylark coupe ('74-'79)

Wow, only 6 cars in 35 years! The Fit is number 7. Except for my first car, they've all been "bottom feeder" Chrysler products (the only dealer in my town sells Dodge and Chrysler). I like small cars, but this is my first import car.

prior daily driver was a '99 Mazda Protege LX, and prior to that an '88 Accord LX. Small cars rule. Also trying to get better mileage with every new car.

We had a minivan once. Traded it down for a Mazda5 as the family hauler, although the Fit does fine for road trips as long as we don't bring the dog.
