hey guys just installed my t1r short shifter with the h-fit hard mount kit and a password jdm balanced shiftknob. I LOVE this setup now. The shifts are short and just as light once everyhting is broken in as long as you lgrease it right. I wont lie the instalation of the short shifter itself was an effin PAIN in the arse but it was worth all the blood and sweat LOL! ill post pics soon once i figure out how to do it

 

Out of curiosity, what kind of grease did you use?

 

sounds like a nice setup, I have the Hfit hard mounts and short shifter with a Circuit Hero weighted knob and extension.

Its a perfect reach with my arm still on the armrest.
