Just Scratched My Car! >:(

I just took a bite out of the paint on my back passenger side door. I'm so pissed off at myself right now...

Any idea where I can get Orange Revolution touch up paint and what the cost would be? Anyone had to take their car to be repainted, how much of a dent am I looking at putting in my wallet? I'm in Miami, FL.

Urgh!

The touchup paint is pretty cheap and can be found at your dealer or online:

Pens of genuine Honda touch-up paint are filled with .5 FL oz. of high quality PPG paint. - Bernardi Honda Parts and Accessories

Im not very familiar with the process of touching up blemishes though.

Thank you!

Anyone want to weigh in on the success of a self touch up?

My wife and I have both done touch-up jobs but primarily on darker colors. Results were excellent. something with a metallic "fleck" to-it should be less noticeable when applied to a lighter colored car than a true solid. This spring, we've got some touch-ups to do on the ridgeline. Need to get some sandpaper too to get rid of the rust before applying the paint.

Most people say that touch up paint makes it look worse if it's not done very very well.

Give yourself a break. You didn't do it on purpose. You are human. We all make mistakes and mishaps. Don't be mad at yourself. Smile it off as a part of life and owning a car.

Would you get made if your loved one did that accidentally to your car? Hope not, so don't get mad at yourself as I hope you love yourself too
