So good to be back

So good to be back
I had to take a trip to Arkansas for my brother's wedding and since I didn't need a large car, I decided to rent a car similar to the Fit so I could compare them and opted for the Chevy Aveo. They didn't have one and they ended up giving me the Hyundai Accent. What a POS!
It only had about 20,000 miles and not only did everything rattle but the steering wheel vibrated wildly at speeds above 40mph. The satellite radio gave me an error of some sort and it barely held 3 pieces of luggage.
I hear many people on this forum complaining about a little rattle here or there or maybe even the wipers being a bit too noisy. Try driving an Accent and you'll quickly realize how nice our Fits really are!
It was so nice getting home and driving a proper car!

Amen!
I too am getting tired of the nit-picking of the Fit.
I had a Saturn Aura rental car. Nice engine but the rest of the car was crap. I was happy to get back to the Fit.
I'm going to Portland Oregon in a couple of months and will be renting a econo car for some day trips to the coast. I am expecting a Chevy Aveo or similar..I'm am interested to compare.
