Hi Magnetbra - Unfortunately, I had a bit of a disappointment with my new spare, Magnetbra. I installed the spare at the start of the summer and left it installed for about six months as I've done for the past 10 years, But when I went to remove it, the outer black layer peeled off around the edges where it had been pinched in place by the plastic edging. The outer layer wanted to stick to the edging more than it wanted to stick to the magnetic sheet underneath. I figured I'd install the Magnetbra again next summer anyway, but with the expectation that the peeling might get worse.
Can you tell me how old the bra is? I haven't seen this before and want to understand why this is happening. You can PM me and maybe we can do a swap Thanks for the feedback
Magnetbra - Sorry, I PM'd you but the page acted a little flaky so you may not have received it. So I just resent. Bottom line is I think the Magnetbra with the peeling skin had been stored, unused for around 8 years.
