New guy, currently test driving my 2009 Fit Sport AT

Pete Mankins Nissan | Texarkana, TX Nissan dealer | Tyler Nissan | Houston Nissan

That's the link to pics of the car, mileage, and price. What do you guys think about the price? It's at NADA Clean Trade in...

This car is absolutely flawless. Not a scratch, not a door ding. First two oil changes have been documented. Has the cargo cover, floor mats, and the large rear rubber hatch mat.

I drove it all weekend, and I was averaging 35 in town and 38 on a long trip. Subtract 10% from that for the mile meter inaccuracy, and I'm still happy with the mileage.

I'm trading in my old 2004 Hemi Dodge 4wd, which got 10mpg in town. They're giving me $7,400 for my truck, which I would have taken in a private party sale. I'm very happy with that.

I'm just looking for an unbiased opinion on what kind of deal I'm getting. Thanks!

Looks good to me. I paid $17580 a year and a half ago for the exact same car brand new.
Plus you got the trunk shelf, trunk tray, and window tinted already. Those are all extra.

Looks like a good deal to me. I don't know if you can finance a non-nissan from Nissan financial, but if you can (and they want to finance through Nissan Financial), Do NOT do it. N.F. is in the stone age and so screwed up it's not funny. took me over a month and a half to finally get everything settled with N.F. in regards to just trading in our altima for the fit. they screwed up soooo many things. Plus, you call India and they can't actually do anything with your account except tell you your balance. they e-mail all requests back to the US (you can't call them, you can't talk to anyone, they won't call you if you provide their number) and it takes 3-5 business days for them to get back to you on any question (other than what's my balance) then 40 days to cut a refund check because they needed 7 business days to cancel auto payment. Honda financial Cut us a check the same day and we had it in 4 days after our dealer made an accidental mistake when transferring our Leased Ridgeline to Ownership.
