AC Problem??

AC Problem??
So I need some help on this problem. I own a 2009 Honda fit sport and the "1, 2, and 3" notches on my fan do not work. I can hear my compressor turn on when i turn the AC switch on and when I put it to defog, but when I have the AC on and turn my fan to "4" the AC light goes off and the fan blows. If anyone with any knowledge can help me, it would be greatly appreciated!
