Ususally you are talking $20-$40 difference in price for a double din but you almost always get more features. Remember that you'll have this probably for a while and if you spend a bunch of time in the car, it would make sense to spend the extra $20-$40 for the upgrade. Especially if it provides other things (Safety/conveninence features like bluetooth). I routed the USB Cable to the factory location so I still have my ipod in the upper glove box and that part looks stock. Double-Din head units are also easier to read.
Ultimately, it's your choice but I'd go with a DD unit vs a Single Din if the difference in price is minimal. ~SB |
