Will these headlights fit my Fit?

They are listed as 08-09. Will they fit a 2010 Honda Fit Sport? Or is there a difference between the 08-09 and 10?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33710

P.S. I thought they switched headlight styles in 09 not 08...

Thanks!

There are numerous reasons why you shouldn't purchase those headlights...that the years don't logically line up should be the least of the worries.

im going to agree with you on this one. If your new to mods and such, learn to stay away from these. black house your stock ones.

Well, they are for the GD3, not the GE8, so won't fit. The fact that its an ebay seller with crappy english means that I wouldn't trust the part to last more than a few minutes and there not to be any sort of usable warranty.

Looks like they will fit a GE8 to me! Contact the seller and ask to be sure. 33,000 seller rating with 98.9% positive feedback I would not have an issue buying from this person. Warranty is 30 days.

I don't think they are GD3. The GD3 has a curve at the back of the light not a sharp angle like these lights.

Does anyone have an ACTUAL bad experience with such aftermarket parts?

It's not that I don't appreciate the warnings...because the angel eyes have to be sodered or wired into the parking light...not something you want to have to replace. However, I want to know what people have acutally seen go wrong.

I understand the suggestion to black house the stock headlights...but wouldn't that have just as much chance of leaking or failing as an ebay headlight? Don't really trust myself to eff with this kind of stuff or diy posts to guide me through the process.

ebay parts can be hit or miss. I know some people with tails that dont fit right at all, and make the car look worse than with the stock ones. black housing isnt difficult, just have to pay attention and be careful. just details.

I was nudging more towards the point of buying illegal headlights can be more of a headache than it's worth. I don't necessarily argue for the "dangerous" part of it, because I've seen hundreds of ghetto HID's and can still see my ugly face in the mirror.

I'd just buy GE base headlights, they're blacked out from the factory. You can probably find someone on here that would do a straight trade.

The GE was actually released in 2008, hence the 08-09 you may see. Just because it is called an '09 in North America doesn't actually make it an '09 in other markets. And if you actually click the link you will see the headlights on a GE. Not something I would want for mine, but if you like them, then go for it. They will fit your vehicle.

Why did you create ANOTHER thread?

go back and read your other thread... especially my response, and you'd get a good idea of what to expect.

Here's my headlight, if you doubt me.

good grief Charlie Brown!
