372 miles/9.02 gallons at fill-up = 41.3 mpg - pretty happy about that (my best ever in the car)

But, my '09's mpg gauge showed 40.3...very strange, as it's usually 4-5 mpg over the actual.

Just an observation...thought I'd bring it up.

 

tonite the fuel light came on at 656 km (which is 394 miles).

I haven't filled up so I haven't done the MPG calculation but heck that's best ever for me.

 

Mine's in my sig at almost 42mpg. I did have one tank that was almost 44mpg but I'm throwing that one out as fuel error. I've been EXTREMELY light on the gas with the current tank and he gauge is hovering right under 46mpg with about 70 or 80 miles traveled since fill-up. we'll see how it goes.

Lifetime so far is 38+mpg with 17K on the odometer.
Longest Tank is 419

Edit: the Italicized area above tank ended up being 40.95mpg.

 

OP, have you had your mpg gauge fixed yet? There's a TSB on the 09's. Edit: somebody really cool made a sticky on all TSBs in the main 2nd generation forum.
