Thumbs up FITEVO | Got my Honda fit!

Hey guys,

I just wanted introduce myself to the Honda Fit community here. I currently own a 335i, but I wanted a fun project car so I purchased a 2010 Honda Fit Sport w/ M/T yesterday. Excited to start modding up the car in the coming week.

Here's just a quick shot I took with my phone:

Pictures of my 335i:

Can someone recommend a vendor or website where I can purchase the following:

JDM Red Honda Badges
JDM Fit Badge (with the blue/red circle)
JDM Taillights (red)
HID Kit - Which kit is the best one?

I'm probably going to pick up window visors and floormats from the local dealership.

Will update with new mods!

Thanks!

-Frank

nice...rare combo..white sport manual. which dealer did you find it at? and how much was it otd?

btw, the jdm fit badges with the color dots are for GD (correct me if im wrong guys). the JDM badge for our cars would be Jazz. and maybe an RS badge

HID kits...a lot of people will tell you to do retrofit..cause it will blind the heck out of the person in front of you with our stock housing.

I know I got lucky in finding that combo. I purchased the car at Buena Park Honda for 16,750 OTD excluding tax/registration.

There were only 2 left in that combo in California - I guess now theres only 1 lol.

a JAZZ emblem is about as JDM as fake Mugen visors
the GE8 is marketed as FIT in Japan. iirc, JAZZ is the GE8 nameplate throughout EuroAsia and Austrailia.

Love that BMW more than the FIT. Unless its an automatic. I would trade my 2010 Honda Jazz MT TW + $ in a heartbeat for it if I had the choice.

++++1

HID without a projector retrofit looks cheap/ghetto, and is on every riced out car out there. (It's like the #1 rice part). Besides being more dangerous for oncoming drivers (and the people who are directly in front of you), it actually impairs your own vision as illuminates things that don't need to be lit (like trees above you, signs, etc...) They reflect the light back at you and you actually see less because your pupils constrict. Retrofit is the ONLY way to go for improved vision at night. (unless someone were to make a reflector housing for HID bulbs.)

I got quoted almost $900 for a Project Headlight conversion. Is that pretty steep?

So, any vendor recommendations?

Congrats on your Honda Fit and welcome to the forum. You can definitely find items on e-bay or Best JDM Parts.
