Good luck. Some tips on dealing with insurance adjusters:
  1. Document everything.
  2. Stand your ground, but don't go looking for a fight; in my experience, if you treat an agent with respect it will be reciprocated. And vice versa.
  3. Even if you don't think you have any injuries now, wait before signing any medical release -- sometimes it takes a while for hurts to show up.
  4. If you have to mail anything, send it with delivery confirmation; costs a little more, but gives you a paper trail.
Everything will work out in the end.
