I watched the install video on You Tube and one of the steps is you need to cut some wedges out of the rubber that lines the inside of the hood...noticed on both of our Fits that this rubber gasket is absent.....so am I correct in thinking that the install is the same, just a little bit easier because of no cutting?

 

i didn't have to cut anything when i put my bug deflector on.....just put the clips on, stick on some stuff, and screw the deflector on....took about an hour.....made sure the car was clean, and shit..

 

hmmmm....what year was that college hill video? an 09? are the 10's and 11's different than the 09's?
