A/C broke....just as we go into summer

Driving on my way to work this morning, go to turn on the a/c, and nothing no noise no nothing. It doesn't work. Turn it all the way up to 4...and it blows like nobody's business. Wtf ..
this EXACT same thing happened on my last car, albeit, that car was 10+ years old. 1, 2, 3 doesnt work, but 4 works, no problem, ice cold. I know what the problem is, and I'm pretty sure it should be under warranty. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.

There's a service bulletin on this. It will be covered by the warranty if you're under 36K and 36 months. It might be covered after this if you charm the service manager. Check this sticky. Just over halfway down is the link to the bulletin (hvac blower motor...).

The problem is the resistor-set that controls fan speed, but the cause is a blower motor that draws too much power; Honda replaces both for this. It's pricey if you have to pay for it...
