Got my VTC Actuator fixed, don't wait for your powertrain warranty to expire

Well, I just got my wife's daily driver back from the dealership. What a pain in the ass that was to prove the problem actually existed. Apparently this is only a problem with Fits from 2015-2016 (knock on wood) Our car was at the dealership for 4 days. Odometer read 30,000 when the problem first appeared

was it a repair just for the noise during startup? cause they tend to come back..
mine's been making noise since around 15k miles or so. in my case just accepted the noise and told wife not to worry about it.

she doesnt care either.

It was replaced as far as I know.
