Revo makes a very good short shifter for the fit.
I've been driving with it for 2 days now, and no problem whatsoever.

I run the Mugen short shifter. OEM-grade quality and fitment, no chance of warranty issues since it's sold through the dealerships, and great feel. I love mine, and even the wifey enjoys it- Mark W.

atticus, its 100X better than OEM. I'm now using a weighted shift knob and the shift is VERY solid and crisp, unlike the OEM toy shifter which had a plastic feel to it.

SSM- how was the install tough? Doing the Mugen with new bushings took me maybe half an hour, and I'm quite thorough- Mark W.

Not trying to hijack the OPs thread, so ill be brief. Heres the DIY:
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/aj-r...tion-tech.html

Picture number 5... when installing the *new* shifter is an absolute PITA, it took me about an 45min of fidgeting to get that spring back in place. The rest of the install was about 30 min. So in total, probably took be around an hour and half from start to finish. It sits way lower, especially with my ARC knob.

Its only $80.00, so if you dont mind doing the work, its well worth it.

Ah- I see where that could be a PITA! If I hadn't gotten such a smoking deal on the Mugen, I might have gone that route- Mark W.

I have the Buddy Club one on my GE. It's a huge improvement over the stock unit and excellent quality.
